September 20, 1999-
Thats right ladies and gentlemen. Fro.morpheus.net as you know it, is now dead. I won't be updating the news, I won't be adding any pictures, and I'm not finishing the padre story. I might decide to do something with this site one of these days, but if I do, it will probably be an entire new format. Don't expect anything soon though. I don't have any plans/ideas for this site right now. I'm just going to let it sit here in this state until some inspiration (or EXTREME boredom) hits me. Don't hold your breath though.

September 08, 1999-
How did you spend your labor day weekend? Kyle and I took a little road trip to Levelland, Texas (home of the South Plains College Texans). We stayed with his cousin, Jason, and pretty much partied all weekend. In fact, one night we traveled into the nearby town of Lubbock to go to a dance club known as The Midnight Rodeo (no kidding). The second clue (the name of the club being the first) that this club was going to suck was the dress code as follows:
1. No baseball caps.
2. shirts must be buttoned up.
3. shirts must be tucked in at all times.
Basically, they wanted you in a cowboy hat and skin tight rockies. I actually got busted a few times by their security for having my shirt untucked. Anyway, everything besides the Midnight Rodeo was a blast. We threw a birthday party for someone at Jason's place on the last night we were in town. All in all, it was a good trip. I even met someone named Gordo.
